Can i lose 4-6 lbs being vegan for about 3 months?

You can easily lose 2 lbs a week as long as you eating around 1,600 calories (no less than 1,200) and exercise 3-4 times a week (cardio). It doesn't matter if you're vegan or not. It's about calories in, calories out. Good luck!
