Should I resend a resume follow up letter if I accidentally made a typo?

I sent a resume follow up letter to a company that I applied for around a week ago. However, at the end of my letter, I wrote "I look forward to speakiing with you about this job opportunity" by accident. Should I just hope and pray they won't detect it or should I resend the letter? What's your take on this?
