Please help me read my ct chest results?

The results are: there are bullous changes in each lung apex with scarring in the right upper lung presumably related to previous surgery. There is no consolidation. The lungs are otherwise clear with no consolidating infiltrates or nodule. No pleural fluid is seen. There are mild pleural changes in the right lung agin though to be rfelated to the previous procedure. No mediastinal or hilar m or significant adenopathy is seen. Portions of the liver and spleen visualized are normal. The portions of the pancreas visualized are normal. The adrenal glands are not enlarged. Now I did have a spontaneous pheumothorax in 2003 and had surgery to inflate the right lung the left lung was not affected. Could I have copd or emphasyema i do get bronchitis alot
