Should I get the swine flu shot?

Its HUGE where i live in PA. its all around us. I have asthma really bad and my moms friend that is a nurse said that I should get the shot, because if i get swine it could really be very bad. but ive heard that some people that get the shot get swine from it, since they put a little bit in your system. im scared. what should i do? thanks
