Could it be the start of swine flu?

My daughter who is 6 had N1H1 last week, she is doing much better!! I noticed a couple days ago on Thursday that my 12 month old started to get a runny nose coughing and sneezing, she hasn't had a fever. She sleept for 13.5 hrs last night and still woke up craby. My 6 yr old last week was in her room resting and had very little contact with her sister. My 12 month old did get the flu shot but not the N1H1 I was planning on getting it for her but everytime I call the dr's then don't have any.. Any ideas what this could be, a cold or teething or do u think its the start of swine?
