How do get rid of my irregular heartbeat and i think i am about to have a heart attack?

i am 14 and my friend was being a complete *** and hit me in soft part of my chest(right under the boney) i felt pain for a couple seconds now its been almost a month i am not dead thank god but now my chest is starting heart and left arm (this has happened before) but my parents won`t take me to the hospital no matter what i tell them (financial issues) my heart is hearting but they won`t take it seriously and im starting to feel numb in some areas and i have an irregualar heartbeat if i tell my parents again they said theyll ground me i don`t know what to do.currently i am drinking hot water to sooth my body should i exercise? but i am pretty fit in the first place though what do i do what can do to sooth the pain
