Need to convert .ptv video file?

I made a slideshow using MemoriesOnWeb freeware, then created a video to post to Youtube. The only problem is that the video file is made with the .ptv extension with Youtube does not accept so I need to convert it. Where can I find a .ptv compatible free software online to use for this?
