you could try local dating sites or just regular social networking sites and see if you find anyone that you could shoot a message to search for someone that lives close try to talk to them a bit and see what evolves from that or just put yourself out there more if you do go to parties maybe you will meet some people who are not into drinking its possible sometimes or maybe just join a group in the college or a new place to hang out where you can meet more girls and put yourself out there you seem pretty down to earth all you gotta do is work on starting conversations with more people this could be by introducing yourself and just getting a name of a girl thats a good start good luck!
