Which Outfit Should I wear...?

I like the 3rd! for shoes I would just get some white old navy flip flops their like 2 for 5 or a pair of cute flats , or even a pair of black or gray low top converse would be cute and would make it less dressy even though I dont think its exactly all that dressy to begin with:)
