Who decides which WI teachers will be laid off? Could it be based on party affiliation? Support for the Union?

Looks to me there a lot of things you are unfamiliar with, but it is unlikely that any of the things you mention would be used as criteria for layoffs. Be honest. You really just posted this to cast a bad light on unions, didn't you?
