Who is really being discriminated on in america?

Exactly why affirmative action is stupid. I totally agree if we want equality then we need to teach and practice equality. All affirmative action is doing is going backwards. Besides, as a poor white person, I know us white people aren't all rich. And to tell you the truth, any poor person, regardless of their color will be discriminated against. I have gone to interviews when I was younge rand not gotten the job because I didn't have nice enough clothes to wear because I was too poor to buy some. No BS its true, so don't tell me minorities are the only ones screwed out of a job or anything. I do believe discrimination against them spans across all economic statuses though, but I don't think poor whites should be excluded from affirmative action, because they were always getting screwed too and now they are the ones getting screwed the most now.
